2d6 Games believe that shopping online should be as easy as buying through a store, or in person at an event. So, we try to bring that experience to you through our shipping policy.
We do not charge delivery fees, or shipping. We don't have a minimum order size, or a limit. We also don't have any fees, or other costs hidden on checkout. What you see as the listed price is what you will pay, and your order will arrive at your nominated location within a few days.
For the Local delivery option, Dan or Dave will hand deliver your game to you. If you select this option on checkout, we get notified and will send you an email, or text to your given contact information to arrange the delivery within 5 days. This is the maximum time, and often we will be sooner than this.
This is for the greater Brisbane area, within approximately 50 kms from the CBD. We are also happy to negotiate on this, and have made deliveries in Ipswich, Caboolture, Redcliffe and Beenleigh, so if you are close-ish to Brisbane, let us know and we can discuss with you. Also, please check your junk or spam folders if you haven't heard from us, as we will always try to contact you as soon as we can to arrange a time that is suitable.
For our Australia wide Shipping all orders will be processed and sent within 3 business days of the order being placed, or, if the item was out of stock at the time of purchase, within 2 business days of the product arriving in store. We will keep you informed of the progress if there are any issues.
Orders can be shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays where arranged beforehand.
Due to our policy of not charging for shipping, we reserve the right to use a range of services to get your parcel delivered, which can include Australia Post, Sendle, or other couriers. Please note parcels have authority to leave, unless you request otherwise.
Using these services, sometimes delivery delays occasionally occur. If you feel your order has been significantly delayed, please contact us through facebook, the website or email/phone.
Additionally, you must let us know within 48 hours of your order arriving if it has been damaged in transit.
We do not currently offer shipping outside of Australia.
